What would have been 30 years

     30 years ago, two independent individuals committed their lives together, not just for themselves, but to create a household of faith. The Lord blessed them with the gift of a wonderful daughter (through the miracle of adoption) and the family grew to three. None of us predicted that one of the team players (the beautiful and graceful one) would be promoted to heaven after only being married 20 years. Nonetheless God continues to use us all in some unique ways as we walk this path in life.  

    I never anticipated being single again or a single dad. Despite questions and wonderment of the whys, God’s faithfulness remains the rock on which we stand. God has marvelously shown his presence in so many ways. Bonnie’s early departure reminded me that life is short and that churches need to be more focused on those wandering through this life w/o Jesus.

     Life continues in ways that are unplanned nor expected and through it all God’s faithfulness remains strong. Without a doubt I can say, It is well with my Soul (https://youtu.be/YNqo4Un2uZI)
